Carlos Mendoza-Ramos was active mostly between June and October of 2022. Mendoza- Ramos performed poor quality work and was known not to finish any of the jobs he started after demanding large sums of money. Mendoza-Ramos and his crew were known to leave a mess of trash and beer bottles while on the job and in two cases, causing property damage unrelated to the work being performed. It is unknown if he is still contracting in the Northern Nevada area.
